Égalité Members Convene In Dallas For The Out & Equal Summit
The Out & Equal Workplace Summit provides a forum for employees and experts from around the world to gather and share strategies and best practices that allow them to promote workplace equality, inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
This year, Publicis Groupe sent its largest delegation to date. From across the country, 23 ambassadors from a wide variety of Publicis Groupe’s agencies convened in Dallas for a week of workshops, panels, plenaries and networking. Arc Worldwide, Digitas Health, DigitasLBi, Leo Burnett, Publicis LifeBrands Medicus, Razorfish, Re:Sources, ROAR, Saatchi & Saatchi, Sapient, Starcom MediaVest Group, VivaKi and ZenithOptimedia were all represented.
In addition to taking time to partake in all of Out & Equal’s official programming, Égalité members met at the end of the summit to discuss ways in which the recently acquired learnings could be put to use for the benefit of Égalité, Publicis Groupe and all of its agencies.
